The Anchor Scholarship is available to dependents of service members who have served a minimum of six years in a unit under the administrative control of Commander, Naval Surface Forces, U.S. Atlantic Fleet or U.S. Pacific Fleet.

If you are in the military and forced to move from your rental property due to foreclosure, HERA can help. The authority for the military to fund household goods shipments for service members forced to move due to landlord foreclosure is found in the Homeowner's Economic Recovery Act of 2008.

The Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) redesigned the Web site for Project FOCUS (Families OverComing Under Stress) to better serve military families trying to cope with stress associated with multiple overseas deployments. FOCUS offers family friendly information that will benefit military families.
